Refund

Once you purchase event tickets on RussianTix.com you will receive them by mail if you chose Mail option during payment, otherwise tickets are available at event venue 1 hour prior to event's start. Tickets are non- refundable unless event is cancelled. You will be notified and refunded shall event be cancelled.
